READY-TO-WEAR JEWELRY

Our warranty for ready-to-wear items includes:

• Thorough cleaning

• Ring sizing adjustments

• Rhodium plating for white gold rings

• Professional polishing to restore shine

• Tightening of loose diamonds or gemstones

• Replacement of missing side stones (up to 2mm in size) at no cost

Important note: Complimentary replacement does not apply to center stones or side stones larger than 2mm.

This warranty ensures your jewelry from our curated collection maintains its beauty and integrity over time.

CUSTOM-MADE JEWELRY

Your custom-made piece includes all of the services listed above in our ready-to-wear warranty, plus the added benefit of a complimentary certified appraisal for insurance purposes. This reflects our confidence in the unique value of your bespoke creation.

Important note: Center stones are not covered under this warranty. Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or improper care is also excluded. Side stone replacement is limited to accent stones under 2mm in size.
